Aspra.mente is a Venice-based collective, doing interdisciplinary projects which develop over time. Flower Salad is a horti-coltural intervention in a public garden space. The project suggests an alternative line to the planning of public green areas, placing attention on the integration of autochthonous species and interaction with citizens. It is an action of Guerrilla Gardening which intends to reevaluate the traditional flowers used in both culinary and herbalistic preparations.
